Posting an Announcement

  1. Go to Communication → Announcements.
  2. Click Add Announcement.
  3. Write your title and message.
  4. Set the Audience — you can target all students, a specific class, or all parents.
  5. Optionally pin it so it appears at the top for everyone.
  6. Click Save.

Sending a Message

  1. Go to Communication → Messages.
  2. Click Compose.
  3. Select the recipient (another staff member).
  4. Write your message and click Send.

Notifications

The bell icon in the top-right corner shows notifications relevant to you, such as new messages or upcoming exam reminders. Click it to view and dismiss notifications.
