Fee Status

Checking Your Child's Fee Payments

Go to Fee Status in the sidebar. You will see a summary and full payment history for your child.


Summary Cards

CardMeaning
Total ChargedTotal fees assigned across all months
Total PaidTotal amount paid so far
Outstanding BalanceAmount still owed

A balance of zero means all fees are paid up to date.


Payment History Table

ColumnMeaning
Month / PeriodThe month the payment covers
Amount DueFee amount for that period
Amount PaidHow much was paid
StatusPaid, Partial, or Unpaid
DateDate the payment was recorded

Partial Payments

If less than the full amount was paid for a month, the status shows Partial. The remaining amount is added to your outstanding balance.


Fee Reminders

If there is an outstanding balance, the school may send an SMS or email reminder to your registered contact. Make sure the school has your correct phone number and email address.


Discrepancies

If a payment you made is not showing, contact the school accountant with your payment receipt. They will verify and update the record.
