Viewing Your Child's Attendance
Go to Attendance in the sidebar. You will see your child's attendance record for the last 6 months.
Summary
At the top, summary cards show:
| Card | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Total School Days | How many days school was open |
| Days Present | How many days your child attended |
| Days Absent | How many days they were absent |
| Attendance % | Overall attendance rate |
Monthly Calendar View
Each month is shown as a calendar. Each day is colour-coded:
| Colour | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Green | Present |
| Red | Absent |
| Yellow / Amber | Late |
| Grey | No school / Holiday |
If the Record Is Wrong
Attendance is recorded by the class teacher each day. If you believe a day has been marked incorrectly, contact the school and ask the admin or teacher to review it.
You cannot edit attendance yourself from the parent portal.
